Portablisation options for mounting your pump to a trolley
For engineers out on the road travelling from job to job, to technicians based on large sites or in extensive facilities, safely moving around industrial equipment can be cumbersome, heavy and potentially painful. Ideally, if portability is a factor in your pump usage, we want to make the task strain free, HSE compliant, and keep things simple for the user operator. We have been designing and developing our trolley / portability kits for our air operated diaphragm pumps for many years and have come up with a robust frame that encompasses ease of movement along with ultimate pump control where you need it most - at the pump.

- Full Stainless Steel 316 welded contruction
- Bolted pump mounts
- 25mm solid axle bar
- 330mm sturdy hard wearing rubber wheels (250KG max load)
- Earth reel & clamp
- Stainless braided air hose
- Air control manifold (claw coupling, regulator, isolation valve, needle valve, plus any optional ancillaries of your specification)
- Hose whip check restraint
